Having a clean, professional CV is important in finding your next job, however sadly we cannot guarantee that our service will secure you interviews or a new job.
We are unable to speak on the telephone to discuss your refreshed CV, however if you are unhappy with the initial rewrite of your CV – you can email us your concerns at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your rewritten CV and we will be happy to review your CV once more and make any changes we deem appropriate. If you do not contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your CV, we will assume you are happy with your refreshed CV.
We want you to be completely happy with the service we offer, so if you ask for a second rewrite of your CV and you remain unhappy after we have reviewed your CV for a second time, you may ask for a full refund. Any requests for a full refund will need to be made via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your refreshed CV for the second time. No refunds will be provided if we do not hear from you via email within 7 days of receiving your refreshed CV.
