This Hypnosis, meditation course will help you learn hypnosis and meditation techniques for the benefit of tapping into your unconscious mind resources.
By learning hypnosis, you can help yourself and others to overcome different issues, solve problems and increase performance.
By learning meditation, you will be able to free your mind, improve your attention and facilitate hypnosis. We are in a trance whenever our attention is focused and locked.

In the first part of this course you will learn the fundamentals and techniques of hypnosis and meditation and the second part of the course will train you through self-hypnosis beneficial for wellbeing and healing issues. Once you learn self-hypnosis you will be able to apply on others.
The training consists of 48 self-hypnosis sessions, recorded in MP3 format. It is recommended 1 session weekly for 1 year program. Each weekly session has a focus and allow you to work around your own self-hypnosis program for wellbeing. We need to master self-hypnosis first before helping others.
You will master the ITHC hypnosis model for using in self-hypnosis step-by-step or hypnosis with clients/patients.
The course is adapted at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
