What you'll be doing: The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience working in the business areas which support all of our products. Through a combination of 'off-the-job' training, reviews and work placements, you will gain exposure to real challenges that support our business. You will have the opportunity to learn how to: - Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity. - Show a positive attitude. - Work well within a team. - To demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal). - Time management. - Problem-solving. - Develop your organisational skills. - Project management skills. Typically you will be placed within one business area for the duration of your apprenticeship. Business areas include: - Business Development. - Commercial. - Manufacturing Operations. - Procurement. - Project Management. Please note you must not book any annual leave within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager. What qualification will you get? The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship will provide the opportunity to gain the following: Level 3 Business Administrator standard. You will be required to attend the ASK once a month to complete your college studies. Specific dates will be given to you in your first week in the business.
