Location: Barking
Hours: 35 per week

Salary: £26,566 per annum based on 35 hours per week plus Inner London Weighting of £3,344 if applicable

- Directing a team of shops, supporting, and advising on operational matters to shops in your cluster.
- Supporting with people related tasks, such as recruitment and assisting with performance management situations.
- Monitoring KPIs, assisting shop teams to deliver results, driving sales and raising vital funds to help those in crisis.
- Promoting the shop in the community and responding to local queries about the services of the BRC.
- Fostering and growing a commercial and customer focused shop, ensuring knowledge of local competition and retail sector trends.
To be a successful Retail Cluster Manager, what do you need?
- Retail experience at a management level, outstanding customer service and experience with cash handling duties.
- Proven management skills, you know how to develop and inspire your team.
- To work towards targets, using your initiative to achieve fantastic results.
- The skill to translate complex processes down to clear tasks and tailor communications to suit your audience.
- To care about the British Red Cross cause and have the ability to promote the shop in your area.
