Job Description
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Facilities Team working on the admin-based problem-solving Helpdesk. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need although any administration skills would be advantageous. You will be coordinating all the maintenance jobs reported on the resort and assigning them to the Technicians, speaking on the phone, radio and electronic communication devices to support the resort.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
This is a full-time role covering 40 hours over week, 5 days over 7 (one of these being a weekend day). Typical working hours are 8 hour shifts between 8am - 10pm.
