We are looking for hard-working, forward-thinking people with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who enjoy working collaboratively with others to solve problems.You will be part of the Digital Directorate, which is a crossdepartmental team that provides digital solutions and services to support the delivery of DESNZ and DSIT's objectives. We follow agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.You will be based in the friendly Knowledge and Information (KIM) team. The KIM team supports departments in managing their information assets and knowledge repositories effectively and living their values of collaboration and connection. The team work with customers to modernise ways of working and reduce the burden on staff, utilising automated processes and AI capabilities.As Business Analyst you will work with our customers to understand their needs, and map those needs and business processes out, developing functional and non-functional requirements for our information architects, product owners, developers to take forward.This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and develop your skills within a supportive and encouraging team.
