Job Description
The role will involve developing our approach to compliance and enforcement across the range of powers that are available. You will lead the organizational implementation of our new compliance framework to develop a deep understanding of the different elements of non compliance and an appropriate and proportionate enforcement response. You will also be involved in driving organisational delivery against key KPIs in relation to compliance. This service will ensure that statutory requirements are met, and non-compliance is dealt with robustly and proportionately. The service also ensures that we seek to promote the new objectives of the registrars.The Registrars objectives are: To ensure that any person who is required to deliver a document to the registrar does so (and that the requirements for proper delivery are complied with). To ensure that information contained in the register is accurate and that the register contains everything it ought to. To ensure that records kept by the Registrar do not create a false or misleading impression to members of the public.To prevent companies and others from: Carrying out unlawful activities. Facilitating the carrying out of unlawful activities.The key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the development of an organisational wide compliance and enforcement approach. Service Design Strategy: Develop and implement service design strategies that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Internal stakeholder collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Work closely with our Research and Analytical teams and collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into customer behaviour and analyze data to inform service design decisions. Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes of new service concepts and conduct testing to validate ideas, measure impact and refine services based on feedback. Representing the Service at appropriate governance boards. Responsibility for strategic stakeholder management and growing the service with a range of enforcement partners and other government departments. Working hand in hand with our Lead Prosecutor to create and develop the new service streams. Collaboration with the Heads of Professions to describe the needs of the service and help Heads of Professions to identify and help shape the right capability (teams, roles, skills). Work with External Communications to develop our behavioural insight of filing behaviours and use nudge techniques to drive early and better compliance. Working closely with Intelligence Hub colleagues to set the strategic and tactical direction for operational colleagues. Creating and managing internal Service Level Agreements which deliver to Service Owners requirements. Identifying and prioritising any delivery issues and tracking service metrics to ensure continued value for money. Defining the benefits and outcomes for service improvements and track delivery. Monitoring the budget to ensure service is operating within agreed parameters. Work with External Communications to develop our behavioural insight of filing behaviours and use nudge techniques to drive early and better compliance. Working closely with Intelligence Hub colleagues to set the strategic and tactical direction for operational colleagues. Creating and managing internal Service Level Agreements which deliver to Service Owners requirements.To be eligible for this role you also need to meet our Nationality requirements which are outlined below and also successful candidates must meet the security requirements for Security Clearance (SC) before they can be appointed.
