Using GDD we will then determine if you will be paid an additional allowance, on top of your basic salary. This role is within the Product and Delivery Job Family, is a Delivery Manager role at Senior Delivery Manager level, but carries the title Principal Project Manager within DTS.Reserve List:HMCTS run a Reserve List, where candidates who are unsuccessful at interview by only a few points, can be offered other roles, at the same band, for up to 12 months. You will be able to view your status via the application screen. You will be working closely with cross functional product teams to build delivery roadmaps. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well; identifying obstacles and helping the team to overcome them. You will have the ability to focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services and encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team.You will have a strong infrastructure and or digital delivery background and enjoy working in a delivery focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will also be accountable for effective delivery of complex, high-risk products and services and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
