Sourcing, Events, and Marketing Lead - AI Safety Institute

The AI Safety Institute is the closest thing to a start up in government. The talent team is responsible for scaling this start up from the ground up. ML researchers sit in the most competitive talent field in the world, and we aspire to work with the best. Your aim will be to build the worlds leading AI safety team, thereby building a key pillar in the worlds response to this rapidly advancing technology. You take the lead on developing AISIs talent brand, market engagement, events programme, and headhunting strategy. Youll also work with closely with our hiring managers to generate and land dozens of candidates for our senior London and San Francisco roles. This is not your normal civil service team we have built a reputation for getting things done, challenging the status quo, and navigating ambiguity. We are looking for proactive problem solvers with experience in building organisations that have genuine passion for AISIs mission.
