The Role:

This is a varied, challenging and incredibly rewarding role where you will get to know our service users and support their wellbeing by providing both physical and emotional support. This involves sharing and talking about interests, family and hobbies as well as helping them to enjoy getting out into the community– e.g. taking trips out to the shops and local facilities and ensuring that their hobbies and interested are catered too. The role also includes assistance and support with general care, such as creating care plans, dispensing medicine and teaching key life skills.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for people who are positive, upbeat and passionate about looking after and supporting our service user’s independence.
