Job Description

The Derbyshire Discretionary Fund is a friendly and supportive place to work and makes a real difference to the lives of the hundreds of people we support every week.

We also have 2 vacancies for full-time Business Service Assistants on a fixed term to support with the Household Support Fund.

The role will focus on accurate data input, telephone contact with customers and other organisations, along with general administrative tasks such as word processing, scanning and mail.

We are looking for a person with excellent customer contacts skills, who is flexible and capable of working on their own initiative, and who is able to deal with high volumes of work to a high standard.
