Job Description
The children, staff and governors want to appoint two hard working EYFS Teaching and Learning Assistants, with drive and energy, to join our family. It is essential for our successful candidates to have a passion for and excellent knowledge of how young children learn through play and interactions.

- Support Learning: Assist the teacher in resourcing and delivering exciting activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our children. Co-playing to support children learning in the provision.• Child Development: Help develop social, emotional, and physical skills through play-based learning and exploration.• Creativity: Contribute to creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe, happy, and engaged.• Individual Attention: Provide tailored support for children, ensuring their unique needs are met and they thrive both academically and socially.• Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents, ensuring they're part of their child's learning journey through Dojo and Tapestry
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for early years education - you're enthusiastic about working with children aged 3-5.• Patience, empathy, and creativity - you're ready to engage children in fun, play-based learning.• Strong communication skills - you're confident in building relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.• Experience or qualifications in Early Years Education (EYFS) is desirable, but a love for working with children is a must!
