Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time permanent Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team within Business Services, supporting the Asset Strategy team.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You should be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. You will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities.
You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative. We are a friendly, and welcoming team, based at Corten House, Durham.
Your duties would include; Raising and payment of invoices, inputting of data into SPIIDUR system, assisting with preparation of delegated reports, monitoring an inbox and dealing with queries and providing general administrative support to the Asset Strategy team.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You must have 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent.
