This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing and implementing policy and service improvement in Adult Social Care in East Sussex.  The coronavirus pandemic presents many new risks and challenges for Adult Social Care and our priority is to ensure we continue to deliver excellent services and achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.  This time of change also presents new opportunities for innovation, collaboration and accelerated progress on our strategic objectives. 

Your role would be to respond to national and local priorities to shape and facilitate our policy in relation to health, care and wellbeing for adults in the County.

We are looking for candidates with a sound understanding of adult social care & health policy and best practice, and a passion for improvement and better outcomes for our residents.  You will need to be skilled in leading change, collaborative working, policy development, problem solving and be you will be highly literate, proactive and solution-focussed.
