About The Role
Do you pride yourself on your administrative skills and proactive approach to work?
ECL's Inclusive Employment team are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Inclusive Employment Service and Management team as required.
You'll provide high quality administrative support, including completing claims and grant applications. You'll be confident, have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and great at multi-tasking, and happy to assist and go the extra mile to help as and when.
About You
- Have previous admin experience
- Have great computer skills, including use of Microsoft packages and experience using a CRM (preferable)
- Act as a point of contact for enquiries and provide advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Raise grant applications from financial agencies such as The Kings Trust or DWP Access to Work
- Carry out varied administrative tasks accurately and to a high-quality standard, in accordance with timescales and frequencies agreed with the line manager. This could include minute taking; updating procedure documents; maintaining simple reports and updating the internal databases
- 24 days annual leave a year (pro-rata to contract hours), plus bank holidays, rising with service
