Salary: From £43,835.00 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week [2 days on (12 hours 7am to 7pm) 2 nights (7pm to 7am) followed by 4 days off]

About the Role:
As a Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our prestigious site in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and cover as required for the Shift Supervisor
Manage the completion of planned maintenance tasks.
Allocate and oversee reactive works, ensuring minimal downtime for building occupants
Assist with managing site contractors, coordinating work and carrying out Safety checks
Help diagnose issues early to ensure minimal lost time
Monitor the Building Management System
Job Requirements
NVQ level 3 Electrical Award
NVQ 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing
Previous FM experience is advantageous
