Cardnet is a joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Fiserv and is our card payment acceptance service. We help businesses to take payments in person, online and over the phone We're now recruiting for a passionate and motivated Senior Leader to drive and develop our Cardnet Telephony team through a period of expediential growth. Joining Cardnet’s Commercial Development Team, you'll lead your team to deliver new business acquisitions through promoting the growing range of technology led solutions provided by Cardnet directly to business customers with card turnover of up to £300,000 per annum. We have set out stretching aspirations to grow our share of business payments acquiring and will be significantly scaling up our telesales footprint to support this growth. In this role, you will drive this growth through recruitment and operational stand-up in existing and new sites, as well as identifying process and product improvement opportunities.You'll support, coach and develop your team to enable them to skilfully contact customers and take care of client driven leads which are provided to the team by Commercial Relationship Managers and Directors, as well as a wide range of other non-bank lead introducers.What you'll be doing:• Proactively manage the development and delivery of the organisations' strategic plan.• Engaging with senior stakeholders in the business to implement the organisations growth plan with pace and vigour.• Develop the team to deliver the current risk agenda, ensuring we always deliver fair outcomes for our clients.• Deliver and bring to life the Group’s Your Best developmental framework to the heart of the team.• Ensure the team put the client of the heart of everything they do and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience.What we'll need from you:Essential:• An exemplary track record of leading large teams to deliver significant growth and financial benchmarks.• Organisational awareness to allow navigation across the Group, leveraging capabilities and influencing stakeholders.• Exceptional experience in executing significant team expansion to include recruitment, training and onboarding colleagues with pace.• Ability to deliver a complex and challenging risk and compliance agenda.Desirable:• Knowledge of card- acquiring, payments and data solutions.What can we offer you in return?It is a very exciting time to join us!
