General Manager Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Admirals Table and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Admiral’s Table is located just of J23 of the M5 well situated for business travellers and tourists. Full of Character the pub has a real country pub feel with open fires and oak beams. The pub has something to offer a wide range of guests from families to trades people looking to eat and drink. Seating for over 180 inside and 40 outside there is plenty of room and with 15 newly refurbished hotel rooms you can even stop over .Offering our famous Two for One menu and with a popular Sunday Carvery

We are looking for an experienced manager, someone who understands how to engage, lead and motivate a team bringing stability and opportunity for people to grow and develop through an internal succession plan. Putting the Guest at the heart of everything and driving the performance of the business through setting stretching but achievable targets and raising the bar every day.
