This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Nurse to join our team at Cedars in patient Rehabilitation Unit, based within Teddington Memorial Hospital. Our unit is for people over 18 years of age, who require a period of rehabilitation. We liaise very closely with colleagues from the acute hospital, and our community health colleagues.

You will be working as part of a specialist nurse led team providing assistance with bed flow, both admission and discharge, and also clinical support to our ward manager. You will be working with social care colleagues to facilitate timely and appropriate discharges, and also admissions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work well both autonomously and within a team. The post requires motivation, dedication and a professional attitude.
