Band 7: Film production manager

Are you passionate about content?

As film production manager, you will be responsible for producing video content, campaigns and series for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust a large Trust in north west London with five hospitals and 14,500 staff.

You will be working alongside the wider content and marketing team to film and deliver the Trust’s vision through film. It is essential that you have extensive experience of all aspects of film production, with an ability to project manage and work to demanding timelines. You will be a creative-thinker with strong story-telling abilities and a passion to deliver the highest quality of work.

As well as filming, producing and editing videos, you will also commission and manage external production companies and photographers sourcing locations, supervising filming and managing consent. You will manage the development of the Trust video style and video-led platforms such as YouTube.

You will lead the development of the Trust video style, and management of video-led platforms such as YouTube and our asset management system. Working alongside department heads, you will conceptualise videos by turning briefs into viable and engaging videos and, using analytics, you will reflect on and optimise the performance of video content.

As part of a large communications directorate, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team, and be part of nurturing and developing new talent.
