Bank MLA

We are recruiting for highly motivated and talented Medical Laboratory Assistants (MLA) wishing to work flexibly with our Staff Bank. By joining the Staff Bank you put yourself top of the list for any shifts requiring extra staff throughout the Trust.

Your Experience:

  • Please note that as the Staff Bank, at least 6 months of experience working as a MLA in a NHS hospital is mandatory

    Precise & accurate work

  • Good attention to detail

  • Numerate and literate.

  • Able to read and follow written methodologies or protocols.

  • Quick to learn and comprehend.

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • Punctual and good time keeping.

  • An interest in laboratory work.

  • Able to strictly follow laboratory procedures.
