Business Administrator - Resilience Team


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who will be able to provide high quality administrative support to the Resilience Team. The post holder will be required to work to agreed timeframes, maintain high administrative standards, be proactive and flexible in their approach to their workload and be able to prioritise their workload effectively.

The post holder will also communicate with external partner organisations to support meeting coordination and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to support meetings, taking minutes, maintain action logs, be a point of contact for the team responding to queries and providing other administrative support as required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Teams, Outlook and Powerpoint would be desirable.

The post would suit someone who has experience as an administrator and is committed to supporting improving outcomes for our local population and patients across Sussex.
