An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Surgery for highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Managers to support the work of the Business Unit.

We are proud of our improvements over the last five years at Sherwood Forest Hospitals, and we recognise we can improve further. We know good quality healthcare can only be delivered by focussing on the experience of people, be it patients and the public or the colleagues you work with.

We were recently awarded a Good rating by the CQC, with Kings Mill Hospital rated outstanding overall. Our Critical Care Unit was rated good and outstanding for caring. We’re one of the best in the country for our performance against the four hour standard, 62 day cancer standard, stroke services, maternity services and our clinicians are regularly asked to speak nationally and internationally on our work. But don’t take our word for it – 84% of our inpatients rated their overall experience as good and our staff satisfaction for the quality of care they provide is fourth best for acute Trusts across the country.

So if you are looking to join a team at a modern and innovative Trust which is easy to get to then let us be your next career move.
