The Community Mental Health Link Worker role is an exciting position that works exclusively to support unpaid carers. Funded by ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust), you will be able to develop the role while meeting the core outcomes. The Community MH Link Worker will work within an integrated model serviced by health providers, VCSE (Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise) and local authority. You will work closefly with ELFT but will be line managed by Carers in Bedfordshire (CiB).

Your placement will be in PCNs (Primary Care Networks) in Mid Bedfordshire (ie. Biggleswade, Ampthill and Sandy), ELFT and CiB and will require some travel.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
