Job Description
This is a full time (10 PA) post consisting of 8.5 PAs direct clinical care (DCC) and 1.5 PAs for supporting professional activity (SPA); however 1 Additional Programmed Activity is offered which is to provide prospective cover for colleagues annual leave. A further programmed activity to support professional activity (SPA) may be available following a job plan review in due course. The post holder will be required to participate in on-call duties with the other consultant radiologists (1 in 6 currently). This is paid as an additional on call supplement. The post holder will have an involvement in both the specialised musculoskeletal service and the non-orthopaedic work required by the Trust and provide specialised musculo-skeletal and non-musculo-skeletal elements of the Imaging workload.
