Overview

NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a strategic component of the Integrated Care System (ICS) across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire delivering the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.

The CCG’s Governance and Assurance Team is responsible for establishing and embedding effective integrated governance, risk management and assurance arrangements across the CCG to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, the successful delivery of corporate objectives, and openness, transparency and accountability of the CCG’s decision-making arrangements.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working in the CCG’s Governance Team for a 12 month fixed-term period (maternity leave cover). We are looking for a  highly efficient, motivated and competent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  As well as excellent organisational skills, you will be able to provide a comprehensive formal minute taking service for Executive/Governing Body Level meetings and should have experience of working in a corporate governance/secretariat role. 

The CCG is currently working through a period of change regarding  its Agile Working Model and on appointment into this role, the successful candidate will be required to work mainly from  home with a from time to time visits to our office location(s). The ability to attend locations throughout the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire geography will be essential for this post (post COVID lockdown).
