Digital Clinical Facilitator

The role is responsible for operating as a key member of the Chief Clinical Information Officer portfolio which focuses on ensuring there is clinical engagement at all levels of the Group Digital Strategy. The postholder will support theDigital team by contributing to improving standards of care through the effective use of digital solutions The Digital Clinical Facilitators will work with multi-professional teams to facilitate improving patient care by participating in audits, research and benefits realisation data collection, analysis and subsequent improvements to our processes. The postholder will participate in engagement with end users to ensure clear documentation of current state processes and subsequent future state processes and support in clinical hazard workshops as required. They will work with members of the multidisciplinary team within the hospitals and at community venues, including all clinical colleagues, operational colleagues, administrative personnel and all teams within Digital and the EPR Programmesacross UHN. The post holder will work collaboratively with our digital teams and clinical teams by acting as a representative of their clinical profession to ensure we are using technology effectively and efficiently to improve the quality of care and patient safety.
