We are seeking an inspirational leader to deliver excellent health care at a time that is both challenging yet exciting as the Trust moves towards the next stage of shaping the future of services in Worcestershire.

This is a pivotal role within the Division as you will be a part of a well-developed Triumvirate Team. Working with the Quality Governance Lead and Associate Director, you will be expected to lead on the Division’s quality agenda to ensure robust clinical governance processes are in place. You will be professionally accountable to the Trust’s Chief Nurse and with other Director of Nursing colleagues, be instrumental in helping to deliver the corporate nursing agenda.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate success in delivering effective, safe and cost efficient services including senior staff management, financial improvements, risk and change management. A comprehensive understanding of the challenging NHS environment, strategic awareness and a commitment to improving patient services through strong performance management are essential attributes.
