Job title: Engagement & Mobilisation Manager

Salary: £50,000-£60,000, plus company car or car allowance

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Home based (with national travel required)


Right now, we have an extremely exciting new opportunity for an experienced manager and/or service development manager to join our rapidly expanding PET-CT division. This role will be a senior management role supporting PET-CT services throughout the UK.

What you will do:

As an InHealth Engagement and Mobilisation Manager you will display strategic, commercial initiative that drives and delivers effective results, enabling the continued growth and development of our services nationally. Whilst connecting new and existing service relationships via the mobilisation of service delivery. You will play a critical role in the on-time/on-budget launch of new sites and services nationwide being a key player in InHealths development.

What you are responsible for:

  • Developing the business strategy in conjunction with the Head of PET-CT
  • Implementing agreed PET-CT business strategy ensuring growth and development of the service
  • Delivering sustainable and profitable growth through all PET-CT services
  • Delivering an effective account management strategy to existing contracts
  • Proactively seeking out new opportunities through client engagement, networking and proactive initiatives
  • Producing analytic data to present and provide to customers, clients, clinicians and commissioners
  • Overseeing the delivery of Sales KPIs
  • Liaising with Operations Manager and Clinical Leads
  • Budgeting management, including agreed revenue budgeting
  • Attending formal and informal meetings
  • Mobilisation of new sites, including specifications, technical documents, works orders, project plans, flowcharts and other materials necessary to create an effective team plan
  • Managing all risks and issues that arise with your projects
  • Day-to-day coordination of tasks related to the mobilisation, including dealing with technical specialists, project issues or difficulties
  • Working with technical specialists, clinicians and operational colleagues to resolve problems and find workable solutions
  • Supporting handover of sites to Clinical Operations, ensuring that they have all the requisite briefing, training, documentation and technical materials necessary for the site to be Accepted Into Service
  • Being aware of regulatory change and helping to implement those changes
  • Inputting to the annual strategic planning process

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Educated about CQC, EA, IRMER, IRR, ISO and ARSAC requirements, Health & Safety, Infection Control, the Data Protection Act and Caldicott Principles
  • Able to turn strategic plans into actions and successful results
  • Competent in verbal, written, and listening communication
  • Computer literate with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and cooperative even when under pressure
  • Able to think outside of the box when it comes to process mapping
  • Confident, independent and a problem solver
  • In possession of a valid UK Driving Licence and flexible when it comes to travelling to sites and meetings.

You should apply if you have the below experience:

  • Understanding of imaging services and equipment (MRI, PET-CT, Nuclear Medicine, CT, Ultrasound etc)
  • Using information management systems
  • An understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and application systems
  • Good project management experience
  • A solid track record of delivering projects, either technically or operationally
  • Experience of delivering projects in healthcare settings
  • Experience of dealing with management/senior colleagues, and also third party supplier liaison/management
  • Business development at National Account/strategic level
  • Experience of implementing new business and delivering sustainable business growth
  • Experience of national tenders for services, NHS supply chain frameworks, bid submission and procurement processes
  • Delivering profitable growth within previous roles
