MKGP Plus has an exciting opportunity to recruit a GP for 2 sessions a week.

The surgery is in Waterbeach with a current list size of approx. 5629 The clinical team includes G.Ps, Practice Nurses, ANPs, Pharmacist, HCA & additional ARRS roles from the PCN.

We are a small surgery with a friendly, welcoming team. We have a wide skills mix & we work together to look after our team & our patients.

MKGP Plus took on the Surgery in 2021 when it was in special measures. By hard work & an engaged team & very engaged PPG we have moved forward to requires improvement.

We're looking for a salaried GP to join us for up to 2 sessions a week. The ideal candidate will care for their patients, contribute to the team dynamic, share cases with colleagues & be keen to learn with their peers. There are opportunities within the company to take on additional responsibilities & we are always looking for ways to improve the wellbeing of our patients and staff.

A typical session consists of 17 patient contacts with associated administrative work. We encourage patients to see the same GP & will support you in fostering continuity of care. Home visits are infrequent.
