As a service, we have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by making significant adaptations to the way the service is delivered. We are committed to providing an uninterrupted, quality psychological therapies service to the people of Northumberland at this challenging and unique time. All staff are currently providing psychological therapy either via the telephone, online as computerized CBT, or using a secure, end-to-end encrypted digital therapy platform. All staff are provided with the required equipment to work remotely.
You will have access to regular clinical and caseload management supervision. We recognize that managing staff well-being at this time is a priority and we are committed to supporting this, utilising technology to ensure that staff and teams remain connected and in regular communication with one another.

Terms and conditions for these posts are NHS comparable, not identical, and the successful candidates will be employed by Mental Health Matters, a non-NHS organisation.
