Housekeeping Team Leader – Northampton
Salary: 23,000 Per Annum, pro rata, depending on experience,
37.5 hours per week – one weekend a month
6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Your role with us
Here at our Northampton site we are recruiting for a Housekeeping Team Leader. Your duties will include the following,
- Plan and prepare employee work schedules. Performing and assisting with cleaning duties as necessary ( across St Andrews Northampton)
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner (auditing)
- Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards
- Implement operational standards and procedures
- Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, and the use and maintenance of equipment
- Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts
Required skills and Responsibilities of the Role
- Previous experience of working in healthcare or similar environment
- Previous experience of managing a team is desirable
- Knowledge of COSHH but not essential as training will be given
