22.5 Hours per week

£40,057-£45,839 p.a. pro rata

Worcestershire Healthy Minds is recruiting a permanent and a fixed term High Intensity Therapist (IPT, DIT or PCE-CfD) as part of the National Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. We are a primary care mental health service working with adults with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. We currently deliver a range of services including counselling, self-help, psycho-educational courses, therapy groups, cCBT and cognitive behavioural therapy.

We are looking for two motivated High Intensity Therapist who are qualified in IPT, PCE-CfD or DIT to join our psychological wellbeing service in Worcestershire.

We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm for working with people with mental health issues and emotional and psychological distress. We offer supervision, CPD and further training opportunities. We are a supportive and friendly Team of committed staff who are made up of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP), Trainee PWPs, High Intensity CBT Therapists, Trainee CBT Therapists, High Intensity Therapists and Counsellors.

We are keen to hear from people who would be interested in proportionate remote working as recent advances in assessment and treatment protocols allow for improvements in work/life balance accordingly.

The successful candidate will be a skilled, accredited Counsellor, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload. You must be trained in PCE-CfD, DIT or IPT and be BACP or UKCP accredited.
