Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity within the trusts Learning & Organisational Development team for a Corporate Induction Coordinator. This role shall be providing administrative and physical support to both mandatory training and corporate induction programmes that are delivered across the trust in Cambridge and Peterborough, both virtually and face-to-face and is a fixed term contract of 12 months.

The ideal candidate shall have strong previous experience in a senior administrative role with the use of video-based conferencing software (Zoom/TEAMS), excellent organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and manage complex and sensitive data and working to strict deadlines under considerable pressure at times. The ideal candidate shall also have some experience of either teaching or co-facilitating training or education events, ideally within a healthcare setting. Good communication skills are essential within the role alongside prioritising workload and interpersonal skills. The role will require someone who is flexible and frequently able to travel regionally across Cambridge and Peterborough supporting both face-to-face and virtual training of new starters.
