An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic project / programme coordinator or administrator to join the busy and dynamic Leadership and Organisational Development (L&OD) department at CUH. At a time when the department is undergoing a period of transition and evolving its services, this is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to join the team, get quickly up to speed, and play a key role in developing the team's offer and the administrative support required to deliver it.
Our Leadership and OD department, comprising leadership and management development, equality diversity and inclusion, staff engagement and talent management, plays a prominent role in improving organisational culture, climate, leadership and engagement at CUH in order to provide better experience for our staff and deliver better care for our patients.
