We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with the Trust’s Education & Professional Development team to support our mandatory training offer.

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and the Oracle Learning Management (OLM) systems, generating and analysing reports and updating competencies. The post holder will primarily be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement and operation of the OLMS, as well as providing technical support for staff. They will ensure correct competency mapping for all positions, manage exemptions and undertake regular data cleansing activities to the OLMS. They will provide expert advice and contribute to performance reporting, and planning activities for relevant subjects; as well as delivering and maintaining robust systems for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, forward thinking with excellent people skills and an ability to problem solve and think creatively in a dynamic and pressured environment.

The role also involves working collaboratively and co-operatively with staff and managers in order to help develop a workforce with the skills, knowledge and competence necessary to deliver safe effective patient care and to enhance the quality-of-service delivery.

An ability to travel across our organisational footprint is essential.
