Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term/Secondment is available for 12 months to cover Secondment

The graduate rotational scheme in Scarborough offers the chance to experience clinical practice in front door, acute inpatient and rehabilitation settings. We have enthusiastic and experienced clinical teams who will support your post graduate development at a pace to suit your needs. You will be initially supported through a probation and preceptorship period, and then with an on-going supervision structure to allow you to develop both clinical and leadership skills.

You will work closely with the team across the hospital to support our Trust Values initiative, allowing our patients to benefit from a strong and vibrant multi-disciplinary team approach where patients come first in all we do. As a role model, you will influence further developments in Occupational Therapy across the hospital, acting as a liaison point, and contributing to the development of health and wellbeing across the organisation as a whole.

This exciting role will enable you to develop extensive skills in clinical areas, leadership and people management within the NHS environment, whilst receiving excellent support for both your personal and professional development. We offer and support both in-house clinical and professional training.

We offer rotations of a 6 month duration in a structured manner to ensure you will get an opportunity to experience clinical practice in all key areas of work.

We will accept applications from qualified staff and any students who will graduate and be eligible for HCPC registration.
