Forward Thinking Birmingham is a ground breaking partnership delivering mental health services for children and young people aged between 0-25 years of age in Birmingham. The successful post holder will be joining us at an exciting time as we build on the first three years of the 0-25 mental health model by further refining our service delivery model and as we embark on the development of a New Care Model for our Tier 4 Inpatient CAMHS services.

We are seeking an Office Manager and Executive Personal Assistant who has a keen eye for detail, is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and has the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Executive Director of Mental Health Service and the Divisional Director of Operations.

The successful post holder will have experience in coordinating executive administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and confidentiality. There will be an expectation of providing appropriate, effective high level support as you act as a gatekeeper and the first point of contact.

Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner, as you take responsibility for setting up and maintaining office systems & procedures within the Mental Health Division senior management team.
