Operational Lead Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.

Cornwall Mental Health Services are focused on developing into an outstanding service. We are working towards a complete transformation of services in Cornwall in line with national plans to create integrated and collaborative health and social care systems. This newly created post offers you the opportunity to inspire & design how we increase accessibility for those in need of help from specialist Early Intervention in Psychosis services. It means in this post you can be creative, innovative and it encourages you to think outside and around the box in further designing & developing this service. You will be enabled to be part of a Southwest network for best practice and will share key learning across the network. We will support you to lead on driving forward key national changes for how Early Intervention services develop in line with key national drivers and give you the confidence to manage and lead your own service. You will need to work with the existing leadership team to consider how we transform community services to meet the needs of our local community and realise the ambitions of the long-term plan and community mental health framework.
