  • Be part of a close-knit team headed by our matron.

  • With our consultant-led service, you will be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities.

  • You’ll interact regularly with practitioners from other departments because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.

 

The Person

 

To succeed as an Outpatients Manager, you will;

  • Be organised, highly motivated and engaged.

  • At least 2 years nursing management experience.

  • NMC and mentorship qualification.

  • Experience of outpatients nursing 

 

The outpatient manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Ten outpatients consultation rooms, two treatment rooms and two clinical rooms

  • Coordination and the safe delivery of minor operation lists

  • Coordinating the Nursing workforce to ensure patients receive high quality, compassionate, efficient care whilst in the department

  • Providing strong leadership to the outpatient department and also a role model as a senior nurse within the hospital

Salary – Up to 30,000- 45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Contract Type – Permanent

Weekly Hours – 37.5
