Job Description

To receive all incoming referrals including by generic email account. Register referrals on PAS system including registration of demographic details for new patients. Ensure referral letter is delivered to relevant consultant within 24 hours of receipt. Collect referrals once graded from Directorate locations, including fracture referrals from Emergency Department. Receive all incoming telephone enquiries and initiate prompt action wherever possible. Assist with any other duties as required. Any other clerical duties as delegated by the PSC Team leader or Service Manager.
