Overview

We are looking to appoint 2 motivated and enthusiastic Patient Care Advisors for our Greater Nottingham Referral Support Service (GNRSS).

This is a varied administrative role, in which you will form part of our patient focused call centre team, providing high quality, accurate and timely referral processing. Our Referral Support Service helps patients to receive the most appropriate treatment and also allows them to make an informed decision about where they would like to attend for their treatment.

The successful candidates will possess excellent attention to details, interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service experience. Possessing sensitivity and professionalism, you will take time to ensure the patient is clear about the referral process.

The post holders will also have excellent administrative experience, including the use of Microsoft Office and databases. Accuracy is a vitally important aspect of the role and the ideal candidate will fully understand the importance of this in relation to patient care.

The successful candidates will work well to deadlines and be capable of working independently; using their own initiative to solve problems. Additionally you will work cooperatively as part of a team ensuring you keep colleagues informed about workloads and queries. You will also be keen to share your knowledge with new employees and other members of the team as required.
