Job Description

Primary responsibilities include: Promoting high work standards at all times. Organising and supervising the workload in pharmacy stores ensuring safe working practices Overseeing the ordering process to ensure there's no shortage of essential items and coordinating with contracted or cost-effective suppliers. Acting as a superuser for the Pharmacy Robots, resolving errors, and training staff on their usage. Assisting in staff training and supervision. Ensuring comprehensive, up-to-date training manuals for all procedures and a well-defined induction program for new hires. Monitoring service quality through agreed performance metrics. Ensuring facilities and services comply with Good Distribution Practice (EU GDP 2013/C 343/01) and other relevant medicine regulations and quality standards.
