We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quality Assurance Operational Lead to support and enhance the leadership and development of the delivery of our quality workstreams day to day. The post-holder will help us further improve our systems of quality assurance that support realisation of a world-leading Quality System; a system that brings together Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Improvement.
The post holder will be responsible for leading delivery of core QA workstreams, promoting the work of the team, and assimilating feedback and technological innovation to continuously the organisation in delivering the highest quality care, and play an important part in the improve how we work. The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Head of Quality Assurance to ensure close and effective working across the team, and particularly in maintaining systems of readiness for CQC inspection. The successful candidate will need experience of working in quality assurance, the ability to get the best from him or herself and those around them, and be comfortable working with multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholders.
The post holder will have an opportunity to undertake training to become a Quality Improvement Coach, and have direct involvement in quality improvement work in the Trust, as well as bringing those skills to bear in the quality assurance field.
