Youre a partner to everyone in the clinic, assisting the Clinic Director and key partners in managing risk and monitoring performance against group KPIs, being a member of the Clinical Governance and Quality team, and attending working group and committee meetings.

The experience our patients receive is critical to us and the feedback you receive needs to be used positively to adapt the service and improve it for others. Working closely with the Director of Governance and Quality Managers, youll monitor and improve performance and to ensure our patients have the best possible care and experience.

Youre responsible for leading all elements of governance including incident management, complaints and audit. Maintaining Information Governance (IG) standards and policies to ensure they are robust and adhered to, and carry out occupational risk assessments as required

Youll manage your clinics complaints process, ensuring effective investigation and documentation are completed and make sure complaints are resolved effectively, recommend and administer corrective actions and preventative measures.

Youll have a background in clinical governance within the healthcare sector; this will have given you the grounding in complaints management youll need to be successful in the role.
