Job Description

Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust currently have a permanent part-time vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration/receptionist, to cover the Preassessment receptions, based at North Tyneside Hospital

The candidate should possess excellent IT, communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage the office independently, whilst demonstrating a sound understanding of confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Access to Health Records Act and any other relevant legislation.

Duties will include booking appointments, filing, handling post and dealing with telephone enquiries.

The position is for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0900 - 1430 with hour for lunch.
