Working as a valued Theatre Practitioner you will be required to function effectively as a member of the peri-operative team to ensure the provision of an efficient and high-quality surgical service. You will work autonomously, taking personal responsibility for your actions and decisions while evaluating the effectiveness of care given.
Our comprehensive induction programme includes a period of extensive senior mentorship and supernumerary practice to ensure all specialised knowledge is consolidated when joining the Trust.
