We have an exciting new role and opportunity at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS). Spalding Community Nursing Team are looking to recruit Nursing Associates who have successfully completed the Foundation Degree. We feel this is an exciting role with great potential for Continued Professional Development.

LCHS staff collectively see thousands of people every day in community hospitals, health clinics, schools, children’s centres and in patients’ own homes. They also do something else very special; they are responsible for turning an ordinary day into something extraordinary.

We are looking for brilliant individuals who can be part of a fast-moving, innovative and ambitious team, dedicated to supporting members of our communities to manage their own health at home and reduce the need to go into hospital.

1 x 30 hours Band 4 Nursing Associate, Permanent

Hours are 7.5 hrs a day covering 8.00 – 19.00 7 days a week.

The community nursing teams in LCHS are supported by case managers.

As this is a community post, you must be able to travel across the County to locations not served by public transport.
