Job summary
East Anglia's Childrens Hospice are currently seeking a research nurse to join their busy dedicated team on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is offered on 22.5 hours per week, to work across 3 days. The position can be based at any of our 3 locations depending on the individuals geographical proximity to one of our hospices - please specify when applying (Norfolk, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire). This key role aims to provide a focus for childrens palliative care research that contributes to the building of research capacity and capability throughout EACH.
Main duties of the job
- Support EACHs strategic plan to act as a Research Participation Identification Centre for relevant research studies.
- Promote research and development in evidence based childrens palliative care practice.
- Evaluate research requests and requirements for EACH participation as a Participant Identification Centre (PIC).
- Lead on designated studies which EACH are participating in.

Qualifications
Essential
- Registered nurse with paediatric experience.
- Current NMC registration at the time of application.
