We are seeking dynamic and a well-motivated individual to join the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s Adult Intellectual Disabilities Team as SAS doctor working across the community and inpatient services.
The postholder will join a team of 2 established Consultants who, in collaboration with service users, have overseen the digitisation of provisions due to the Coronavirus pandemic. During this time, the team maintained full provision and has supported service users in new and innovative ways, working closely with member of the MDT’s.
Using digital platforms has allowed staff to effectively balance their work between home and clinics. This has given a renewed focus on staff wellbeing and a work life balance.
